HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITON No.30155 of 2015 ORDER:
The case of the petitioner is that notice in Form-6 under rules framed under the Andhra Pradesh Capital City Land Pooling Scheme (Formulation & Implementation) Rules, 2015 was issued to him by the 4th respondent and in pursuance of the same, the petitioner submitted documents on the same day i.e. on 12-03-2016. Since it is the case of the petitioner that the petitioner already submitted documents in pursuance to the Form-6 and also filed application on 28-03-2016 stating the same, the 4th respondent has to pass orders in accordance with law. Learned Assistant Government Pleader also says that some third parties have also filed claim petition.
In view of the same, it is for the 4th respondent to consider all those aspects and take further action in
accordance with law. Hence, the 4th respondent is directed to take further action in accordance with law. Such exercise shall be done within a period of four (04) weeks from the date of receipt a copy of this order. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed. _________________________ A.RAJASHEKER REDDY,J 09-09-2016 nvl
