This petition is filed seeking to set aside the docket order dated 01.11.2012 passed in Criminal M.P.No. 2627 of 2012 in Cr.No. 846 of 2012 on the file of the VIII Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad at Rajendranagar, by virtue of which the Court ordered interim custody of the property which is constituted by 14 cows and 8 buffaloes, on the petitioner executing a bond for Rs.2 lakhs with one surety. The said order is the order which is assailed by virtue of this criminal petition. 2.

The counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that by virtue of the docket order dated 08.01.2013, the Court has rendered judgment and convicted the accused in the case. Hence, the cause in this petition no longer survives.

Hence, the criminal petition is closed.
