Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the cause in the civil revision petition does not survive for adjudication as the suit in O.P.No.551 of 2010 on the file of Family Court-cum-IV Additional District & Sessions Judge, Vijayawada was disposed of on 02.12.2014 and hence, the revision petition may be dismissed as infructuous. Recording the said submission, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infturcuous. No costs.

Pending miscellaneous petitions in the petition, if any, shall stand closed.
