Petitioner complains against non-supply of essential commodities to petitioner in spite of authorization of petitioner subsisting as on date as illegal, arbitrary and unconstitutional. 2.

Learned Government Pleader for Civil Supplies, on instructions, submits that the authorization of petitioner has already been suspended. Hence, non-supply of essential commodities is justified. 3.

Learned counsel for petitioner requests for copy of suspension order and also liberty to assail the same before the proper authority/ Court.

The writ petition is disposed of by granting liberty as prayed for. The suspension order, if not communicated to petitioner, shall be communicated within three (3) days from today. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
