O R D E R

The HDFC ERGO General Insurance Company Limited, filed the present appeal assailing the order and decree dated 23.08.2011 passed by the Motor Accikdents Claims Tribunal - cum - III additional district Judge, Kurnool at Nalgonda in MVOP.No.31 of 2010.

At the request of both the counsel, matter was referred to Lok Adalat. The appellant - insurance company and the respondents - claimants, entered into a settlement and in pursuance of the same, Lok Adalat, organized by High Court Legal Services Committee, High Court of Judicature at Hyderabad, passed award dated 14.07.2018.

The original of the award dated 14.07.2018, is made part of this order. Accordingly, the appeal is disposed of in terms of the award passed by the Lok Adalat dated 14.07.2018.
