Sri J.Prabhakar, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks leave to withdraw this civil revision petition in the light of subsequent events, reserving liberty to his client to take steps independently. The civil revision petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforestated. All issues are left open. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
