THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM COMPANY APPLICATION No.789 OF 2016 ORDER:

This application is filed by the applicant seeking the reliefs as set out in paras (i) to (iv) of the Company Application. In the facts stated and considering the earlier valuation report dated 28.06.2013 and considering the fact that the three years time lapsed, a fresh valuation is required to be obtained to reflect the current market value.

Accordingly, the Company Application is allowed appointing Sri K. Dhanapathi Rao, Chartered Engineer, Government Registered Valuer, HIG. 35, Phase-V, Near Telephone Exchange, K.P.H.B Colony, Kukatpally, Hyderabad, as a Valuer for revaluation of the land and buildings and plant and machinery of the company (In Liqn.) situated at Plot No.140, Miyapur, Bollaram Village, Narsapur Taluk, Medak District. His fee is fixed at Rs.30,000/- (Rupees thirty thousand only) payable by the 1st respondent. The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
