THE HONB'E SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No.34012 OF 2016 ORDER:

The writ petition is filed complaining the inaction on the part of the 3rd respondent-authorities in conducting the Tapping test and taking any action for registration of the Nizamabad Toddy Coopertive Society-III, for grant of TCS License to it, or alternatively to grant the Tree for Tappers (TFT) Licenses to its members, pursuant to the representations dated 6.4.2016, 13.04.2016, 20.06.2016, 24.06.2016, 25.06.2016 and 4.8.2016.

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Government Pleader for Prohibition and Excise had produced the proceedings dated 10.01.2017, wherein the 3rd respondent-Excise Superintendent had passed orders considering the representation of the petitioners therein. Inasmuch as the relief claimed in the writ petition stands worked out, the writ petition stands disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to challenge the same if the petitioner is otherwise aggrieved with the said proceedings dated 10.01.2017. With the above observation, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition, shall stand closed.
