THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.30349 of 2018 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Pleader for Municipal Administration and Urban Development and Sri Sampath Prabhakar Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for GHMC.

When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that, for redressal of her grievance, petitioner herein, submitted a representation on 13.08.2018 to the second respondent but no action has been taken so far. On the other hand, it is submitted by the learned Standing Counsel that if any such representation is pending consideration the same will be verified and appropriate action will be taken, in accordance with law.

Recording the above submission, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of the Writ Petition, with a direction to the second respondent to verify the representation, dated 13.08.2018, said to have been submitted by the petitioner herein, and take further action/pass appropriate orders, strictly in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible.

Accordingly, Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
