THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V. SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.35868 of 2015 ORDER:

A perusal of the material available on record discloses that earlier the writ petitioner herein filed W.P.No.7769 of 2000 and this Court disposed of the said writ petition on 28-09-2012, permitting the petitioner to make a representation to the District Cooperative Central Bank, Kurnool for redressal of his grievance within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of the said order.

In the present writ petition it is the case of the petitioner that he submitted a representation on 14-12-2012 to the 4th respondent Bank herein and no action has been taken on the said representation so far.

Having regard to the nature of controversy, this Court is of the considered opinion that the petitioner herein can make an application in the said W.P.No.7769 of 2000 for appropriate relief. In view of the same, the writ petition is closed. It is open for the petitioner herein to make necessary application in W.P.No.7769 of 2000 for redressal of his grievance. Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
