HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SURESH KUMAR KAIT Crl.P. No. 15804 of 2016 O R D E R:- Keeping in view the averments made in the Criminal Petition and the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioners - A1, A2 and A4, the condition to the extent that " who shall furnish a Fixed Deposit of Rs.50,000/ - (Rupees Fifty Thousand Only) each" imposed in the order dated 07.10.2016 in Crl.M.P.Nos. 3048 and 3051 of 2016 passed by the Metropolitan Sessions Judge-cum-I Additional District & Sessions Judge, Visakhapatnam, in respect of the petitioners, is hereby relaxed. All other conditions imposed in the impugned order shall remain unaltered.

This Criminal Petition is allowed to the extent indicated above.

As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
