THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR CRIMINAL PETITION No.14879 of 2016 ORDER :

1) The present Criminal petition came to be filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, seeking modification of the order dated 09.09.2016 passed in Crl.M.P.No.194 of 2016 in Crl.A.No.680 of 2916 on the file of the III Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Ranga Reddy District at L.B.Nagar, wherein, the trial Court suspended the execution of sentence of imprisonment on payment of one-fourth (1/ 4th) of the compensation imposed on the petitioner in C.C.No.25 of 2011 on the file of the XV Metropolitan magistrate, Cyberabad at Medchal.

2) Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 3) Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner is directed to pay Rs.1,00,000/ - (Rupees one lakh only) instead of one-fourth (1/ 4th) of the compensation awarded by the trial Court and the time granted for payment is extended till 14.10.2016.
