HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITON No.30242 of 2018 ORDER:

The petitioner complains that respondent No.2 is not renewing his arms license application dated 04-01-2017 from 31-12-2016 to 31-12-2009.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader produced written instructions stating that the Superintendent of Police, Mahabubnagar recommended for grant of license and the licensing authority addressed a letter to the District Forest Officer (D.F.O.), Mahabubnagar for detailed report regarding the movement of wild animals and such incidents about the attack of wild animals on the human beings. The report of D.F.O.is yet to be received. Soon after receipt of report of D.F.O., further action will be taken.

In view of the same, this writ petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to dispose of the application of the petitioner dated 04-01-2017 after receipt of report from D.F.O. in accordance with law.
