THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE NAMAVARAPU RAJESHWAR RAO WRIT PETITION No.3474 of 2O16 ORDER:
The present Writ petition is filed against the in action of the respondents in considering the representation dated 30-.12-2015 for appointment under the bread winner scheme. So, while rejecting the application the authorities mentioned their rejection letter that the candidate is under age his candidature will be considered on attaining age of 21 years and also advised to submit the fresh application under brr:ad winner scheme as and when he attains the age of 21 years
2. Ther counsel for the petitioner submits that the applicant has attained the age of 21 years as per the memo dated 06-03-2015 petitioner is eligible for bread winner scheme.
3. By the above stated facts, this Hon'ble court directing the petitioner to make a fresh application under bread winner scheme and the same respondent authorities may be considered and pass appropriate orders within a period of 8 weeks from the date of receipt of the order Accordingly, this Writ petition is disposed of.
Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
