ORDER:

This writ petition is filed for the following substantive relief: "....to issue an appropriate Writ, Order or Direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the notification issued in vide Proceedings ROC No.B/58/2011; dated 07.01.2011 of the 2nd Respondent in re-notifying the Fair Price Shop Dealer of Maredupalle Village, Thavanampalle Mandal, Chittoor District instead of finalizing the selections as per the notification dated 24.11.2010 as illegal, improper, unjust, and arbitrary and contrary to the rules and guidelines and further direct the Respondents to finalize the selections of F.P.Shop Dealer of Maredupalle Village as per the notification dated 24.11.2010 and pass such other order or orders...."

Mr.G.Seena Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner, addressed a letter, dated 03.08.2015, to the Registry, wherein he has informed that as his client was assured by the respondents that if he withdraws the case, his case will be considered, he instructed him to withdraw the writ petition. At the hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner has reiterated the contents of the aforesaid letter.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. As a sequel to dismissal of the writ petition, interim order, dated 19.01.2011, is vacated and W.P.M.P.No.437 of 2011 filed by the petitioner for interim relief shall stand dismissed as infructuous. __________________________ C.V.NAGARJUNA REDDY, J 05th August, 2015 GHN
