THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL PETITION No.8193 of 2014 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking to quash the proceedings against the petitioners/accused Nos.1 and 2 in C.C.No.713 of 2013 on the file of the Court of Special Judicial First Class Magistrate, Alamuru, East Godavari District.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners has sought permission of this Court to permit the petitioners to withdraw the criminal petition and to that effect he also filed a letter dated 12.07.2017 before the Registry. 3.

Permission is granted.

Hence, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
