HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE P. KESHAVA RAO WRIT PETITION No.30163 of 2018 AND CONTEMPT CASE No.3194 of 2018 COMMON ORDER:

Learned counsel for the petitioner filed letter dated 20.01.2020 before the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court requesting to post the matters under the caption "for withdrawal".

From a perusal of the said letter, it is revealed that the petitioner instructed his counsel to withdraw the writ petition as well as the contempt case.

Having regard to the said fact and in the light of letter dated 20.01.2020, the writ petition as well as the contempt case are dismissed as withdrawn. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed.
