BHOSALE AND HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P. NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION No. 7004 OF 2010 PC: (per the Hon'ble the Acting Chief Justice Dilip B. Bhosale) Heard Sri Posani Subba Rao, learned counsel holding for Sri Posani Venkateswarlu, advocate on record for the petitioner;

Sri Sampath Prabhakar, learned counsel for respondent Nos.1 and and learned Government Pleaders for respondent Nos.3to 7.

Sri Posani Subba Rao seeks adjournment. We are not inclined to grant adjournment as prayed. This petition is pending since 2010. No interim order at any point of time was granted by this Court. Even the writ petition has not been admitted. We have perused the prayer and also the counter affidavit filed by respondent No.6. Respondent No.6 has stated on affidavit that they have already removed unauthorised constructions and registered criminal cases against the persons responsible for encroachments. In view thereof, nothing further survives in the writ petition. Writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to take appropriate remedy for redressal of his grievance, if the cause still survives and/or, according to him, the statements made on affidavit by respondent No.6 are incorrect.

Miscellaneous petitions, of any, also stand disposed of.
