It is submitted by Smt. K. Aruna, learned counsel representing on behalf of Sri Aravala Rama Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was appointed as a distributor for marketing of Girijan Products in Vizianagaram Town and District by the respondent authorities, the cause in the writ petition does not survive any longer.
