The case of the petitioners is that they have submitted application dated 07.11.2016 in form 6A under Section 4(1) of the A.P.Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971 to the 4th respondent for issuance of pattedar pass books and title deeds in respect of the land admeasuring Ac.2.50 cents in Survey No.94-1, situated at Ninkampally Village, Hindupur Mandal, Anantapur District. As no action is being taken on the said application, present writ petition is filed. Heard both sides.

Since the application of the petitioner dated 07.11.2016 is stated to be pending before the 4th respondent, the 4th respondent is directed to dispose of the same, in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
