This Criminar petition is fired under section 4g2 of the code of Criminal Procedure, t973 (for short .Cr.p.C.) by the petitioners_ Accused Nos.2 to 5 to quash the proceedings against them in FIR No.79 of 2022 pending on the file of Station House Officer, Women Police Station, Nalgonda District, registered for the offences under Sections 498-A, 323, 504 and 420 read with Section 34 of Indian Penal Code (for short ..IpCJ and Sections 3 and 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act (for short..Dp Act,) i 2.

Learned Additional public prosecutor on instructions would I submit that after completion of investigation in the present crime, the Police filed charge sheet before the concerned Court, as such the cause in this Criminal petition does not survive for adjudication and the same has become infructuous.

Recording the aforesaid submission, the Criminal petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, the petitioners_Accused Nos.2 to 5 are at liberty to move this Court seeking quashment of the proceedings of the charge sheet.
