THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO CRIMINAL PETITION No.6460 OF 2016 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 by the petitioner/A-9 seeking to dispense with her appearance on each and every date of adjournment in C.C.No.28 of 2013 on the file of the Principal Special Judge for C.B.I Cases, Hyderabad and direct the Court below not to insist for her appearance on each and every date of adjournment in the said case.

2. Heard and perused the material available on record.

3. The offences alleged against the petitioner are punishable under Sections 120-B read with 409 and 420 I.P.C. and Section 13(2) read with 13(1)(c)&(d) of the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the presence of the petitioner before the trial Court is dispensed with except on the dates on which the learned Magistrate insists for her appearance. The petitioner shall be properly represented through her counsel before the trial Court.
