The present writ petition came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus directing the respondents No.2 to 5 not to act upon any third party representations without giving notice to the petitioner and not to pressurize the petitioner to surrender the original title deed and pattadar pass book pertaining to the land admeasuring 0.14 guntas in Survey No. 259, 0.27 guntas in Survey No.260, 0.22 guntas in Survey No.261, 0.25 guntas in Survey No. 270, 0.35 guntas in Survey No. 309 and 0.23 guntas in Survey No. 310 in Konduru Village, Nizamabad Rural Mandal, Nizamabad district, as illegal, improper and unconstitutional. 2.

The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that as some persons are trying to encroach upon the schedule land, the petitioner submitted an application to the District Collector, Revenue Divisional Officer and Tahsildar on 01.08.2018, but, so far, no orders have been passed by the respondents on the said application. The grievance of the petitioner is that the 4th respondent is pressurizing him to surrender his original documents pertaining to the schedule lands, on the basis of the application submitted by third parties.

Heard the learned Government Pleader.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage, with consent, directing the Tahsildar, Nizamabad Rural, Nizamabad-the 4th respondent herein to take action in accordance with law, if he intends

to take steps for mutating the names of third parties or for canceling the pattadar pass books of the petitioner, if he is authorized to do so. 5.
