HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.22695 of 2016 ORDER:

The case of the petitioner is that he was granted succession in respect of various extents of lands in Gullakota Village, Velgatoor Mandal, Karimnagar District, vide proceedings dated 13.10.2015 issued by the 4th respondent. As the petitioner found that the 5th respondent was granted pattadar passbook, he filed an appeal before the 3rd respondent and the same was allowed vide order dated 16.12.2013 to cancel the pattadar passbook of the 5th respondent in respect of the subject lands. Thereafter the petitioner filed number of applications to the 4th respondent for grant of pattdar passbook and title deed. As no orders are passed, the present writ petition is filed. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue (Telangana) for respondents 1 to 4.

In view of the above facts and circumstances, the 4th respondent is directed to dispose of the petitioner's application dated 26.05.2016 after issuance of notice to the petitioner as well as to the 5th respondent and take a decision within a period of 6 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order in accordance with law.

Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
