O R D E R

(Per Hon'ble Sri Justice Sanjay Kumar) This writ petition was filed by the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal Court Masters Association, Hyderabad, seeking implementation of the order dated 29.04.2016 passed by the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad, in O.A.No.6847 of 2014 filed by them. The said O.A. was filed with a prayer to extend the benefit of the scale of pay to the members of the petitioner association on par with Court Masters and Personal Secretaries working in the High Court of Judicature at Hyderabad. By the order dated 29.04.2016, the Tribunal allowed the said O.A. directing the authorities to consider and fix the pay of the members of the petitioner association in the pay scale of Rs.1084522955 instead of the pay scale of Rs.9285-19775 as per the revised pay scales of 2005 by extending the benefit of G.O.

Rt.No.177 dated 25.09.2014 with effect from 01.07.2003 on par with their counterparts in the High Court of Judicature at Hyderabad with all consequential benefits. This exercise was directed to be completed within four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. Though this order was passed as long back as in April, 2016, it is yet to be complied with.

Learned Government Pleader for Services (Andhra Pradesh) and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Services (Telangana) fairly concede before this Court that the aforestated order passed by the Tribunal has not been challenged by either State. They would

however submit that in terms of the financial implication that the order has, they may be granted sufficient time so as to take steps to comply with the same.

In that view of the matter, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent authorities concerned to abide by and implement the order dated 29.04.2016 passed by the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad, in O.A.No.6847 of 2014 expeditiously and, in any event, not later than three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
