Aggrieved by action of respondents 2 to 4 in interfering with possession and enjoyment of the property of the petitioner to an extent of 723.33 square yards in Sy.No.945/E1/2 situated at Ameenpur Village and Mandal, Sanga Reddy District.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions stating that as on today no crime or no case is registered against the petitioner. The allegation that the respondent-police are pressurizing the petitioner to compromise the matter and interfering with the civil disputes muchless the dispute of the petitioner is denied. Recording the same, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent-police not to interfere with the civil disputes nor pressurize the petitioner to compromise the civil matter.
