This Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is filed by the United India Insurance Company Limited, Miryalguda Branch, Nalgonda district, against the award and decree dated 17/03/2005 passed in MVOP.No. 38 of 2003 by the IX-Additional District and Sessions Judge, FTC, Krishna district at Machilipatnam.

2. When the matter was posted on 17/02/2017 and 20/04/2017, there was no representation for the appellant. Today also, there is no representation for the appellant. It appears that the appellant has no interest to pursue the appeal.

3. Hence, MACMA is dismissed for default. No costs.

4. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions if any, pending in this MACMA shall stands disposed of.
