HON'BLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE SRI THOTTATHIL B. RADHAKRISHNAN AND HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE V. RAMASUBRAMANIAN WRIT APPEAL No.295 OF 2017 JUDGMENT (ORAL): (Per the Hon'ble the Chief Justice Sri Thottathil B. Radhakrishnan) The writ petition from which this Writ Appeal arises as well as the writ appeal was instituted by the parent of two children, who were then aged ten (10) years and eight (8) years. They claimed that being children of extraordinary and outstanding brilliance, they be permitted to participate in tenth class examination. There were some directions. Certain things would have happened by this time. The examination, in relation to which the writ petition was filed, was already conducted. Nothing survives further in this writ appeal.

2. Hence, this Writ Appeal is closed without prejudice. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, Miscellaneous Applications, if any, pending stand closed.
