HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SURESH KUMAR KAIT Crl.P. No. 16184 of 2016 O R D E R:- Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and keeping in view the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is not inclined to relax the conditions imposed in the order dated 29.06.2016 in Crl.M.P.No.362 of 2016 in Crime No. 10 of 2016 of C.I.D. Police Station, Telangana State, Hyderabad passed by the Special Sessions Judge-cum-VII Additional Sessions Judge, Mahabubnagar.

Hence, the Criminal Petition is devoid of merit and the same is accordingly dismissed.

As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
