THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CONTEMPT CASE No.361 of 2017 IN C.R.P.NO.951 of 2017 ORDER:

This contempt case is filed under Sections 10 to 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, alleging that the respondent violated the orders of this Court dated 23.02.2017 in C.R.P.No.951 of 2017.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the purpose of filing this case has become infructuous.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner no further orders need be passed in this contempt case.

Hence, the contempt case is closed. Miscellaneous petitions, pending if any in this contempt case, shall stand closed.
