On 09.07.2018, as there was no representation for both sides, the matter was directed to be listed on 30.07.2018 under the caption "For Orders".

On 30.07.2018 also there was no representation for both sides and hence, the matter was directed to be listed on 06.08.2018 under the same caption, i.e., 'For Orders'. Thereafter, the matter underwent two adjournments at the request of the learned Standing Counsel for the appellant/ Insurance company. Today, despite listing the matter under the caption "For Orders", there is no representation for both sides. It appears that the appellant has no interest to pursue the appeal. 2 .
