The learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the Writ Petition with a liberty to file fresh petition. Permission as sought for is accorded.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn by granting liberty, as prayed for. No costs. As a sequel thereto, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition, shall stand dismissed.
