OFFICE NOTE 06.11.2025 SKS, J I.A.No.1 of 2025 This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioner to modify condition No.(i) in the order dated 30.10.2025 in Crl.P.No.13676 of 2025 by reducing the surety amount from Rs.25,000/- to Rs.5,000/-, or to any lesser amount with two sureties for a like sum each, to the satisfaction of the learned XV Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate, Cyberabad at Ibrahimpatnam, Ranga Reddy District.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is not in a financial position to furnish a surety amount of Rs.25,000/- as directed by this Court. It is submitted that the petitioner is willing to comply with all other conditions imposed by this Court and is ready to furnish sureties if the amount is reduced to a reasonable extent and hence, he prays this Court to consider reduction of the surety amount.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and upon examination of the material on record - condition No.(i) of the order dated 30.10.2025 in Crl.P.No.13676 of 2025, which relates to the surety amount, is hereby modified as Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties for a like sum each, to the satisfaction of the learned XV Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate, Cyberabad at Ibrahimpatnam, Ranga Reddy District.

Accordingly, this petition is allowed.
