Though the matter is listed today under the caption for dismissal, none appeared for appellant in the morning and even after pass over in the evening also, there is no representation for appellant.

Further as per proceeding sheet there was no representation by the appellant on several occasions previously.

Hence the appeal is dismissed for non prosecution. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
