RESPONDENTS Petition under Arlicle 226 of the Constitution of lndia praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavitfiled therewith, the High Court may be pleased to declare that the applicant is entitled to be transferred to the schools situated in Agency area of Mahbubnagar District on the basis of the entitlement points in the ensuing transfer counseling since he was appointed/posted in Agency area with all consequential benefits in terms of Notification issued in G.O.Ms.No.3 SW dt.10.01.2000 by holding the action of the respondents in not considering the claim of the applicant for transfer to Agency area schools is illegal and contrary to the Notification vide G.O.Ms.No.3 dt.10.01.2009, discriminatory and unjust.
