HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.4351 OF 2015 O R D E R :

This writ petition is filed for a Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in interfering and threatening to demolish the construction in R.S.No.4/1, D.No.3-1-291/6B situated at Kabala Road, Vidayadarapuram, Vijayawada, Krishna District, as illegal and arbitrary and for a consequential direction to the respondents not to interfere with the construction of the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the petitioner obtained permission and the same is valid and subsisting, the official respondents are interfering with the construction activities of the petitioner.

Sri T. Balaswamy, learned Standing counsel for respondents 1 to 3 submits that the official respondents 2 and 3 are not interfering with the construction activities of the petitioner. Recording the submission made by the learned Standing counsel for the respondents, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
