This Writ Petition is filed to issue a writ or order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider the representations of the petitioner dated 15.05.2023, 22.07.2023, 07.09.2023, 06.72.2023 and L5.12.2023 for extension of his licence period on nomination basis as per the Circular of the Corporation No.18 of 2023 dated 27.04.2023 in respect of his Canteen i.e. Nandini Cafeteria bearing Stall No.3 in MGBS Hyderabad.

Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for TSRTC appearing for respondent Nos.1 lo 2.

The case of petitioner is that the TSRTC granted license to him for running canteen in MGBS, Hyderabad bearing Stall No.3 for a period of 10 years with effect from 01.03.2013 on payment of license fee of Rs.4,00,500/- per month for initial period of three years and liable to be enhanced by l5o/o for fourth and fifth year, by 20olo for sixth and seventh year and by 25o/o for the remaining period of
three years. At present, the petitioner is paying enhanced license payment of Rs.6,90,863/- per month and in addition to that he is paying G.S.T of Rs.|,24,3551- per month, which is totaling Rs.8,15,218/- per month.
4. It is the further case of the petitioner that the license of the petitioner has been extended for one year from 01.03.2023 to 29.O2.2024, in view of the Pandemic Covid-19 as per the proceedings of the Managing Director of the Corporation dated 04.09.2021.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner made several representations to the respondents on 15.05.2023, 22.07.2023, 07.09.2023, 06.12.2023 and 15.12.2023 requesting them to extend his license period by ten years on nomination basis, on enhancement of license fee by 25o/o over the existing license fee as per the Circular of the Corporation No.18 of 2023 dated 27.04.2023.

Since the representations said to have been submitted by petitioner are pending consideration, this Couft, without expressing any opinion on merits of the matter, deems it appropriate to dispose of the writ petition directing the respondents to consider the said representations.

Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents to consider the representations of the petitioner dated 15.05.2023, 22.O7.2023, 07.09.2023, 06.12.2023 and 15.12.2023 and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
