On behalf of the 2nd respondent, the learned Government Pleader files a copy of the Proceedings vide O.O.No.2021/ Admn/ A1/ 2017 along with a Letter, both dated 04.11.2017 by and under which the orders of this Court dated 22.01.2007 have been complied with.

Hence, the contempt is closed. It is needless to say that the petitioners are at liberty to make a representation to the respondents/ authorities for the salaries, if they are not paid.
