ORDER

Learned counsel for the revision petitioner would submit that a memo dated 24.06.2016 has already been filed before the Registry stating that at the intervention of the village elders and well wishers, the matter has been compromised between the parties outside the Court and that therefore, the petitioner intends to withdraw the revision petition.

Recording the statement made in the memo and the submissions now made by the learned counsel for the revision petitioner, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No order as to costs.
