HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO CRIMINAL PETITION No.7938 of 2015 ORDER:

This petition is filed by the petitioner-Accused No.1 under Sections 437 & 439 of Criminal Procedure Code seeking to grant bail in P.R.C.No.18 of 2015 on the file of the Judicial First Class Magistrate, Jangareddygudem, West Godavari District. Heard and perused the material available on record. The petitioner is alleged to have committed the offences punishable under Sections 449, 302, 380 and 201 r/w 34 IPC. As it was brought to the notice of this Court that the petitioner is involved in two other cases of this nature, the earlier application filed by the petitioner was dismissed.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and as there are no changed circumstances, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
