THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M. SEETHARAMA MURTI WRIT PETITION Nos.12966 and 13277 of 2016 COMMON ORDER: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice Sanjay Kumar) Dr. K. Lakshmi Narasimha, learned counsel for the petitioner in these two writ petitions, addressed letter dated 22.08.2016 to the registry stating that in the light of the final orders passed by the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad, in O.A.Nos.1164 and 1166 of 2016, in the meanwhile, these two writ petitions have become infructuous. Learned counsel therefore sought the leave to withdraw the writ petitions.

The writ petitions are accordingly dismissed as withdrawn leaving it open to the petitioner to avail appropriate remedies in accordance with law against the final orders, if aggrieved thereby. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
