The only grievance of the petitioner is that he filed appeal before the 2nd respondent on 16-07-2018 along with stay petition against the order passed by the 3rd respondent on 19-04-2018 and the same is not being disposed of. Because of the same, the respondents are trying to evict the petitioner. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

Sri M.M.M.Srinivasa Rao, learned counsel for the 5th respondent says that appeal is not within the limitation. Without expressing any opinion on merits, the 2nd respondent is directed to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Till determination of appeal, status-quo as on today regarding possession over the subject lands shall be maintained. It is open for the 5th respondent to raise all objections before the appellate authority and the appellate authority is to consider the same.
