This Writ Petition is filed for the following substantive relief:

"to issue a writ or order or direction, especially one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus:

i) declare the memo No.Dir(HR)/CGM(HR)/DGM(HR)/POG/10/2014, dt.06-02-2015 issued by the 4th respondent as illegal, arbitrary and set-aside the same ii) consequently direct the respondents to continue the petitioners with the 3rd respondent."

At the hearing, Sri K.Vasudeva Reddy, learned Counsel for the petitioners, submitted that during the pendency of this Writ Petition, the respondents have proposed to pay salaries to the petitioners provided they withdraw the present Writ Petition. He has, therefore, requested for permission of the Court to withdraw this Writ Petition with liberty to his clients to file a fresh one, in the event the respondents do not keep up their promise.

Having regard to the above submissions of the learned Counsel for the petitioners, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioners in terms of the prayer made.

As a sequel to dismissal of the Writ Petition, interim order, dated 23-04-2015, is vacated and WPMP.No.13980 of 2015, filed by the petitioners for interim relief, is disposed of as infructuous.
