It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that this Court on 11.9.2018, after verifying the written instructions dated 24.8.2018 furnished by the learned Assistant Government Pleader, passed an order, directing the 2nd respondent-District Medical and Health Officer, Kurnool to take appropriate action for removal of instruments of 4th respondent and take necessary action for handing over the keys to the petitioner. It is further submitted by the learned counsel for petitioner that in view of subsequent development, no further orders are required to be passed in the writ petition. Recording the said submission, the writ petition is closed. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
