This Criminal Appeal is filed by the appellant - accused by invoking the provisions under Section 374(2) Cr.P.C., challenging the judgment, dated 25.04.2008, passed in S.C & S.T. Sessions Case No.10 of 2000, by the Special Judge under S.C. & S.T. (Prevention of Atrocities) Act-cum-Additional District & Sessions Judge, West Godavari at Eluru.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the appellant submitted that the appellant has expired. Recording said submission of the learned counsel for the appellant, the Criminal Appeal is dismissed as abated.
