ORDER

Learned counsel for the petitioners as well as the learned Standing Counsel for respondents submit that the issue raised in this writ petition is squarely covered by the order of this Court in W.P.No.14304 of 2019, dated 09.08.2019.

In view of the above submission, this writ petition is disposed of in terms of the order of this Court in W.P.No.14304 of 2019, dated 09.08.2019. Consequently, the impugned orders dated 08.07.2011, 13.07.2011 and 24.06.2011 are set aside. There shall be no order as to costs.

Copy of the order dated 09.08.2019 in W.P.No.14304 of 2019 be annexed to this order.
