It is stated by Mr. P.Shravan Kumar Goud, learned counsel for the petitioner that pursuant to the interim order passed by this Court, the application of the petitioner was received and he was permitted to participate in the counselling. Therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in the writ petition. Hence, the writ petition is closed. If the petitioner has already got admission to MBBS Course, the same may be confirmed. If he has not got a seat in the MBBS, he may be permitted to appear for the BDS counselling. Pending applications, if any, shall stand closed.
