HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No.23593 OF 2009 ORDER:

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Standing Counsel for the Corporation Bank. The main relief in this writ petition is complaining the action on the part of the respondent-Bank in not allowing the petitioner to appear for written test / interview for selection and appointment to the post of sub-staff as illegal and arbitrary and further to direct the 1st respondent to consider the case of the petitioner for selection and appointment to the post of sub-staff temporary without insisting that the name of the petitioner should be sponsored by the Employment Exchange. This Court by passing interim order dated 03.11.2009 in W.P.M.P.No.30644 of 2009, directed the respondent-Bank to permit the petitioner to appear for the written test / interview to be held on 05.11.2009 or any other subsequent dates for selection and appointment to the post of sub-staff. Inasmuch as, the main relief itself stands granted by virtue of interim order, nothing remains in this writ petition to pass further orders.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall also stand closed.
