Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned Government Pleader for Municipal Administration (Andhra Pradesh) for respondent No.1 and learned Standing Counsel for respondent No.2. When the matter is called, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that for redressal of his grievance, the petitioner submitted a representation on 14.06.2017 to respondent No.2, but no action has been taken on the said representation. A request is made by the learned counsel for the petitioner to direct respondent No.2 to pass appropriate orders on the representation of the petitioner in accordance with law.

In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of, without expressing any opinion in the merits of the matter, directing respondent No.2 to pass appropriate orders on the representation of the petitioner dated 14.03.2017, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
