O R D E R

This writ petition is filed for a writ of mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in proposing to construct community mini lace production centre building at survey.No.63/3 to an extent of 0.13cts of Appana Ramunilanka Village, Sakhinetipalli Mandal, East Godavari District, which is adjacent to the burial ground and far away to the village, as illegal and arbitrary.

Though notice before admission is ordered on 21.03.2012, no interim order is granted.

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Panchayat Raj produced written instructions dated 24.06.2015 issued by the Tahsildar, Sakhinetpalli, wherein it is stated that the construction of the community mini lace production centre building at survey.No.63/3 to an extent of 0.13cts of Appana Ramunilanka Village, Sakhinetipalli Mandal, East Godavari District has been completed and stated that the cause in the writ petition no longer survives for adjudication and has become infructuous. Recording the aforesaid submission, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. Any interim order granted earlier shall stand vacated. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any, shall stand closed.
